Formations dispensées à l'hôpital :

• Pour les médecins : réunions de bibliographie hebdomadaires et mensuelles, invitations ponctuelles d'intervenants extérieurs.
• Pour le personnel paramédical : formations au sein du département et formation institutionnelles par l’intermédiaire de la formation professionnelle de l’IMM.

Formations dispensées à l'extérieur par le personnel de l'hôpital :

• par les médecins :
• Un médecin responsable de l'enseignement des Infirmières Diplômées d'Etat (IDE) des services de Réanimation des hôpitaux extra universitaires de l'Ile de France (Enseignement organisé par le Collège de Réanimation des Hôpitaux extra universitaires de l'Ile de France et le syndicat inter hospitalier régional de l'Ile de France)
• Interventions et cours ponctuels des médecins du Département à la demande des services hospitaliers et écoles d'infirmières.
• par les infirmières : des interventions et des cours ponctuels sont effectués dans des écoles d'Infirmières. 

Accueil d'étudiants

• pour les internes : un poste du DES-DESC est disponible pour les internes souhaitant valider leur diplôme de réanimation médicale ou d’anesthésie - réanimation. Ce poste est attribué exclusivement par la DRASSIF. Les informations sur le poste peuvent être obtenues auprès du secrétariat du service de Réanimation, au 01 56 61 61 88 ou 01 56 61 61 89.
• Validation de la deuxième année du D.U. d’échocardiographie cardiaque : médecin référent : Docteur Kamel Bouabdallah.
• pour les étudiants infirmiers et aide–soignants,  chaque année nous accueillons :
  • une trentaine  d’étudiants infirmiers venants des IFSI (Institut de Formation des Soins Infirmiers), proches de l’IMM.
  • une dizaine d’étudiants aide – soignants.

Les étudiants ont un encadrement suivi selon un protocole bien défini.
